Open Market Securities definition

Open Market Securities means Government Obligations other than SLGS;
Open Market Securities means Defeasance Securities to be purchased in the open market with cash and the proceeds of the Escrow Deposit, as more fully described in the Report attached hereto, together with all reinvestments of the proceeds thereof as may be directed in Section 4.2 or permitted in Section 4.3(b), or cash or obligations substituted therefor pursuant to Section 4.3(a).
