Open Trading definition

Open Trading means securities trading at the MSE while the members have an insight into the data for the quantity, price and special conditions about the entered securities’ buying and selling orders into the BEST system;
Open Trading means the Trading Protocols described in Rule 11.2 where MACL is interposed as the trading counterparty on a matched principal basis between two Participants (regardless of anonymity) in each case including any technical updates, revisions or rebranding of such Trading Protocols from time to time;
Open Trading means an Intermediated Trading Protocol described in Rule 11.2 where MACL is interposed as the trading counterparty on a matched principal basis between two Participants (regardless of anonymity) in each case including any technical updates, revisions or rebranding of such Trading Protocols from time to time;

  • The Issuer is under no obligation to offer or repurchase the Share Tokens and may stop the Open Trading at any time or limit the Open Trading to selling or buying only.

Open Trading means the exchange of credits among or between point and nonpoint sources in a watershed or receiving water for which a total maximum daily load or a pollutant-specific cap and allocations have not been established by an applicable requirement.

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Free Trading means that (a) the Exchange Shares have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having less funds on the Client Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and

  • trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;

  • Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix.

  • Spot Market means a commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, and other non-financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities;

  • Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.

  • Relevant Market means the market for overnight cash borrowing collateralised by US Government securities.

  • Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Secondary Market refers to a bulletin board platform at wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx created by Masterworks.

  • Trading Window means a trading period for trading in Company‘s Securities as specified by the Company from time to time

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Late Trading means the illegal practice of pricing a purchase or redemption order for shares of an open-end Fund with the current day share price even though the order is received after the pricing time established in the Fund’s prospectus. Late trading often involves a coordinated effort by the investor and a broker or service provider for the Fund.

  • Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.

  • Day-Ahead Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
