Operating Company LLC Agreement definition

Operating Company LLC Agreement means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Operating Company, dated as of December 22, 2004, as amended through the date hereof.

Operating Company LLC Agreement means an Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Operating Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto, to be entered into at or prior to the Closing by the Company, as manager.
