Operating Expense Base definition

Operating Expense Base means Operating Expenses for the Base Operational Year;
Operating Expense Base. With respect to each Calendar Year the amount determined by multiplying the Rentable Area of the Premises by the amount hereinbefore set forth as the Operating Expense Base per square foot of Rentable Area per year, but with respect to the First Calendar Year and the Last Calendar Year, the Adjusted Operating Expense Base.
Operating Expense Base means the allowance for Operating Expenses that Landlord will credit to Tenant's Share of Operating Expenses under Article VII, which allowance amount is set forth under Item 19 of the Basic Lease Provisions.

  • The amount determined by multiplying the Operating Expense Base by the Adjustment Factor.

  • The Operating Expense Base for the Expansion Space shall mean the amount of Operating Expenses for the calendar year 2015.
