Operating Income Percentage definition

Operating Income Percentage means a percentage determined by the following formula:
Operating Income Percentage means a percentage determined by the following formula: ▪ a fraction, the numerator of which is the Company’s year-end non-GAAP operating income for fiscal year 201_ (“Operating Income”) as reported in the Company’s year-end earnings press release reported on a Form 8-K or such other report that is filed or furnished with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “FY1_ Earnings Release”), and the denominator of which is the Company’s Revenue for fiscal year 201_.
Operating Income Percentage means the percentage obtained by (i) dividing the Adjusted Operating Income by the Target Operating Income and (ii) dividing the foregoing result by two; provided that if such result is less than 37.5%, the Operating Income Percentage shall be equal to zero (0), and if such result is greater than 50%, the Operating Income Percentage shall be equal to 50%. For purposes of example, the following table illustrates calculation of the Operating Income Percentage:
