Operating Subleases. As defined in the Recitals.
Operating Subleases means and refer to the Rockdale Sublease, the Sea Breeze Sublease, the Buckhead Sublease, the Shreveport Sublease, the Xxxx Minor Sublease, the Westminster Sublease, the Parkway Sublease, the Millington Sublease, the Riverside Sublease and the New London Sublease (once executed); and
Operating Subleases means the three (3) sublease agreements between Tenant, as sublandlord, and each of the Operating Subtenants (defined below). Each Operating Sublease shall be prepared by Buyer and shall be substantially similar to the Master Lease in form and substance, and shall be acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable discretion. (i) “Operating Subtenant” shall mean each licensed tenant operator of any portion of the Property as of the Effective Date, which shall continue to occupy and operate the applicable portion of the Property pursuant to the Operating Sublease relating to same. More Definitions of Operating Subleases

Operating Subleases means the five (5) sublease agreements between Tenant, as sublandlord, and each of the Operating Subtenants (defined below). Each Operating Sublease shall be substantially similar to the Master Lease in form and substance, and shall be acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable discretion.
Operating Subleases means the four (4) sublease agreements between Tenant, as sublandlord, and Landmark CG, Landmark Joplin, Landmark Columbia and Landmark Athens, respectively, as subtenant. Each Operating Sublease shall be substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Schedule 10(l), with deviations from said form requiring the consent of the parties.

Related to Operating Subleases

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Master Leases refers to the four second amended and restated master lease agreements, dated as of April 27, 2007, by and among the Operating Partnership and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.

  • Subleases means the Sublease(s) of even date herewith by and between the District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District subleases the Site from the Contractor.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Permitted Sublease means a sublease permitted under Section 7.2.7 of the Lease.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Permitted Sublessee means the sublessee under a Permitted Sublease.

  • Facility Leases means agreements for the lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures of real estate utilized as a vehicle parking facility and/or for ancillary parking and transportation services.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Lease means a transfer of the right to possession and use of goods for a term in return for consideration, but a sale, including a sale on approval or a sale or return, or retention or creation of a security interest is not a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease.

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;
