Operating Units definition

Operating Units shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Operating Units means districts, state agencies, federal Indian agencies, cities and towns.
Operating Units mean a sub-class of Override Units, as described in Section 4.2(b).

Examples of Operating Units in a sentence

  • They are issued by the Local Operating Units of the Global LEI System.

  • In cases of multiple Operating Units funding a single agreement, the recipient is required to submit a breakdown of their financial reporting by funding Operating Unit.

More Definitions of Operating Units

Operating Units means the following operating divisions of Parent and its Subsidiaries, as generally understood in the historical operation of the Business: Boise Building Solutions, Manufacturing; Boise Building Solutions, Distribution; and Boise Paper Solutions.
