Operation and Maintenance Reserve definition

Operation and Maintenance Reserve means an amount equal to one sixth (1/6) of the amount appropriated in the annual budget for Operation and Maintenance Expenses for the then current Fiscal Year; provided, however, the amount may be reduced by a supplemental resolution in accordance with the Bond Resolution.
