Operation Fund definition

Operation Fund means the fund established by the Issuer as set forth in Section 4.6 of this Indenture.

The General Fund includes the District’s Maintenance and Operation Fund as well as certain activities budgeted in separate funds in accordance with A.R.S. These funds are maintained as separate funds for budgetary purposes but do not meet the criteria for separate reporting in the financial statements.
Any portion of a rental payment remaining after such deposit shall be deposited by the Trustee in the Operation Fund.
