Operational Effective Date definition

Operational Effective Date means the relevant date or dates when the Service is installed and commissioned by BT and the Communications Provider is notified in writing (which may be by e-mail or similar), and is available and ready to use;
Operational Effective Date means the relevant date when the Service is installed and commissioned by BT and the Communications Provider is notified that it is available and ready to use;
Operational Effective Date means the relevant date or dates when the Service, or any part of it, is installed and commissioned by BT and is available and ready to use;

Examples of Operational Effective Date in a sentence

  • Where this occurs and BT is in agreement with this then the agreed date will become the CCD and the Operational Effective Date.

  • Where this request occurs and BT is in agreement then the CCD will remain as defined in Schedule 1 and the Operational Effective Date will be the actual date of installation.

  • Subject to Paragraph 4.4 above, the maximum compensation that a Communications Provider can receive for late provision is an amount equal to 20% of the Connection Charge for the circuit and the maximum compensation that a Communications Provider can receive for late repair is an amount equal to 35% of the annual rental for the period covered by the 12 months cycle, the first such cycle starting on the Operational Effective Date.
