Operator Invoice definition

Operator Invoice has the meaning given in Clause 11.1.1. “Operator Liability Cap” has the meaning given in Clause 12.2.1.
Operator Invoice means an invoice submitted in respect of amounts claimed by the Operator under this Agreement in accordance with Article 22; Operator Obligations means obligations of the Operator under this Agreement in accordance with Article 6, Schedule 4A, Schedule 4B and Schedule 4C.
