OpNext Japan R&D Agreement definition

OpNext Japan R&D Agreement means the Research and Development Agreement, dated as of July 31, 2001, by and between Hitachi and OpNext Japan, as amended on the date hereof by the First Amendment to OpNext Japan R&D Agreement, by and among Hitachi, OpNext Japan and Opto-Device, and as otherwise amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
