Option Companies definition

Option Companies means the Entities identified in Exhibit G (that are not RPX Members identified in Exhibit A), each such Entity’s Affiliates and any business unit or division that such Entity may divest while such Entity’s RPX membership agreement is in effect. Each such Entity is an “Option Company”.
Option Companies means each of Littlewoods Lotteries Limited, Littlewoods Leisure Marketing Services Limited and Littlewoods Competitions Company Limited and each of their subsidiaries;
Option Companies means each of Clear Analytics Laboratory LLC, a California limited liability company, SW Medical Laboratory, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and DE Laboratory, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Related to Option Companies

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.
