Option Exercise Form definition

Option Exercise Form means the form attached to the Option Agreement and that must be completed when exercising options;

Option Exercise Form has the meaning under Section 2.4 of this Agreement;

Option Exercise Form means the form of option exercise form attached as Schedule "A" hereto;

Examples of Option Exercise Form in a sentence

• Within thirty (30) days of delivery of the Option Exercise Form, the Company shall deliver certificates evidencing the Shares to the Optionee, duly endorsed for transfer to the Optionee, free and clear of all liens, security interests, pledges or other claims or charges.

• To exercise the Option, you must deliver a completed copy of the attached Option Exercise Form to the address indicated on the Form, specifying the number of Option Shares being purchased as a result of such exercise, together with payment of the full option price for the Option Shares being purchased.

• To exercise the Option, the Optionee must deliver a completed copy of the Option Exercise Form, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, to the address indicated on such Form or such other address designated by the Company from time to time.

• Option Exercise Documents” means and includes the Option Exercise Form, the Grant Form, the forms of which are set forth in Attachments 1 and 2 to this Plan, and any other agreements the Optionee is required to enter into to exercise options.

• To exercise the Option, you must deliver a completed copy of the Stock Option Exercise Form attached hereto to the principal office of the Company, specifying the number of Option Shares being purchased as a result of such exercise.

• Any Option Exercise Form for an Option received by the Company will be deemed to be a notice of the exercise of that Option as at the date of receipt.

• Contemporaneously with the delivery of the Option Exercise Form, Optionee shall tender the Option Exercise Price to the Company, by cash, check, wire transfer or such other method of payment (e.g., delivery or attestation of Shares already owned) as may be acceptable to the Committee pursuant to the Plan.

• The cash, Common Stock or documentation described in the applicable provision of paragraph 5 must accompany the Option Exercise Form.

• This Option must be exercised by signing and delivering to the Company an Option Exercise Form, a copy of which may be obtained from the Company.

• To exercise the Option, you must deliver a completed copy of the attached Option Exercise Form (Exhibit A hereto) to the address indicated on the Form, specifying the number of Option Shares being purchased as a result of such exercise, together with payment of the full Option Price for the Option Shares being purchased as a result of such exercise.

More Definitions of Option Exercise Form

Option Exercise Form means the form of option exercise notice attached as Schedule "A" hereto to be given in writing and signed by the Executive confirming the Executive's intention to exercise a particular Option;

Option Exercise Form means a form by which an Option may be exercised by an Option Holder (and which is available, upon request, from the Company Secretary);
