Option Parachute Payment definition

Option Parachute Payment means, with respect to any Acquisition-Accelerated Option or any Severance-Accelerated Option, the portion of that Option deemed to be a parachute payment under Code Section 280G and the Treasury Regulations issued thereunder.   • Excise Tax Act means the Excise Tax Act (Canada);
