YOUR OPTIONS. What options do I have with respect to the Settlement?
YOUR OPTIONS. Unless you request exclusion from the class, your rights will be affected. If you do nothing, your rights will be affected. You can appear at the hearing, but you don’t have to. You can hire your own attorney, at your own expense, to appear or speak for you at the hearing.
YOUR OPTIONS. 1.1 As at the End Date you can choose to do one of the following:
a. Renew your Vehicle by trading it in for a new vehicle under the terms set out under clause 2;
b. Return the Vehicle to us under the terms set out under clause 3; or
c. Retain the Vehicle under the terms set out under the heading clause 4.
1.2 Even if you choose any of the options referred to above, you must still pay all amounts you owe us due under the credit agreement including your last scheduled payment on or before the End Date.
1.3 You cannot use the options under this document (unless we at our discretion otherwise agree) if:
a. The payment terms and/or the last payment date of your credit agreement has changed;
b. You are in default under the credit agreement or any other agreement you have with us;

If you do nothing, you will remain eligible to automatically receive an Individual Class Payment if the Court grants final approval of the settlement. In such case, you will be bound by the release provisions in the settlement and release your claims in exchange for compensation. Opt Out You may opt out of the Settlement by submitting a Request for Exclusion form. If you opt out, you may not object to the Settlement, you will not receive an Individual Class Payment, and you shall not be bound by the release provisions in the settlement, except for the PAGA release, which shall apply to you even if you opt out of the Settlement. Object You may object to the Settlement by submitting a written objection. If the Court grants final approval of the settlement despite your objection, you will remain eligible to automatically receive an Individual Class Payment. In such case, you will be bound by the release provisions in the settlement. YOUR OPTIONS. If you are a Settlement Class member, you can submit a Claim Form here or by mail. Your Claim Form must be filed online or mailed and postmarked by Month DD, 20YY. You will need to enter your Unique ID <<UniqueID>> on your Claim Form. After you enter your Unique ID, details from Deltas records regarding your ticket(s) that are eligible for a Settlement Benefit will be displayed for your ease of filing your electronic Claim Form online or printable Claim Form to be mailed. If you do not want a Settlement Benefit, and you want to keep the righx xo sue or continux xo sue Delta on your own about the legal issues in this case, you must exclude yourself by filing an opt- out request postmarked or shipped by Month DD, 20YY. If you do not exclude yourself, you will remain in the Settlement Class and will give up the rixxx to sue Delta about the legal issues in this case. It also means the Courts orders will apply to you and legally bind you. If you do not exclude yourself, you may object to the Settlement. The deadline to object is Month DD, 20YY. The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on Month DD, 20YY, at x:00 x.m., to hear objections and arguments concerning the fairness of the proposed Settlement, including the amount requested by Class Counsel for attorneys fees and costs. If there are objections, the Court will consider them. You do not need to attend this hearing. If you file an objection that includes a notice of intention to appear, you may attend the Final Approval Hearing, and you may ask to speak, but you do not have to speak.
