  • The portion of this Note subject to redemption pursuant to this Section 8 (the “Optional Redemption Portion”) shall be redeemed by the Company for the Option Redemption Price (as defined in Section 8(b)), which shall be paid to the Holder in cash on the Optional Redemption Date.
