Optional Dissolution Date definition

Optional Dissolution Date means, in relation to any exercise of the Optional Dissolution Right, the date(s) specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement and which must (if the Certificate is a Floating Rate Certificate) be a Periodic Distribution Date;

• If Optional Dissolution (Call) is specified in the applicable Final Terms as being applicable, SIB may, by exercising its option under the Sale Undertaking and serving notice on the Trustee no later than 60 days prior to the Optional Dissolution Date, oblige the Trustee to sell to SIB all of its rights, title, interests, benefits and entitlements in, to and under the Portfolio on the Optional Dissolution Date.
