Oral communication means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation, but such term does not include any electronic communication;
General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;
Functional behavioral assessment means an individualized assessment of the student that results in a team hypothesis about the function of a student’s behavior and, as appropriate, recommendations for a behavior intervention plan.
Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
Behavioral violation means a student’s behavior that violates the district’s discipline policies.
Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
notification means a notification published in the Official Gazette;
Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, prescribed by the board
Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
electoral officer or “election committee” means a person or group of persons appointed by the community council to oversee and take responsibility for the election pursuant to Article B4.1. As appropriate, references in this Community Council Electoral Code to an electoral officer include an election committee and vice versa;
Behavioral health treatment means counseling and treatment programs, including applied behavior analysis, that are:
Convocation means the Convocation of the University.
Behavioral health means the promotion of mental health, resilience and wellbeing; the treatment of mental and substance use disorders; and the support of those who experience and/or are in recovery from these conditions, along with their families and communities.
public notice means publication in the media including one or more of the following:
Behavioral health provider means a person licensed under 34 chapter 18.57, 18.57A, 18.71, 18.71A, 18.83, 18.205, 18.225, or 18.79
Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Equityholder pursuant to the terms of the First Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and by the Equityholder to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Second Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Assignments by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Final Notice shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(g)(iii) hereof.
Legal notice means every notice required by law or by order of a court to be published in a newspaper or other publication, except notices required by private and local laws to be published in newspapers, and includes all of the following:
Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.
