Oral Pleading Session definition

Oral Pleading Session means the oral pleadings before a Panel as explained in Rule 7 of the Rules of the Competition.

  • The parties may also submit preliminary motions during the first Oral Pleading Session to, for example, request that documents be produced or that the court makes an investigation into some relevant issues.

  • These must be returned to the OC in their original condition after the Oral Pleading Session.

  • Any compendium of legal or technical authorities that a Team seeks to rely upon during the Oral Pleading Session ( “Compendium”) shall be submitted to the courtroom manager/ timekeeper prior to such Oral Pleading Session.

Related to Oral Pleading Session

  • Oral communication means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation, but such term does not include any electronic communication;

  • written or verbal quotations means quotations referred to in paragraph 12(1)(b) of this Policy.

  • Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, prescribed by the board

  • Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the holders of the majority of the class of securities issued in a Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” pursuant to the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or their duly appointed representative; provided that if 50% or more of the class of securities issued in any Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” or such other class(es) otherwise assigned the rights to exercise the rights of the “Controlling Noteholder” is held by the Mortgage Loan Borrower or an Affiliate of the Mortgage Loan Borrower, no person shall be entitled to exercise the rights of the related Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative.

  • Multiple Series Two Limb Written Resolution means each resolution in writing (with a separate resolution in writing or multiple separate resolutions in writing distributed to the holders of each affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation, in accordance with the applicable bond documentation) which, when taken together, has been signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of the holders of:

  • Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.

  • Oral Instruction has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.

  • Permitted Section 5(d) Communication means the Section 5(d) Written Communication(s) and Marketing Materials listed on Schedule C attached hereto. All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus and the Prospectus shall include the documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein. All references in this Agreement to financial statements and schedules and other information which are “contained,” “included” or “stated” in, or “part of” the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, and all other references of like import, shall be deemed to mean and include all such financial statements and schedules and other information which is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, as the case may be. All references in this Agreement to amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus shall be deemed to mean and include the filing of any document under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Exchange Act”) that is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, or the Prospectus, as the case may be.   • Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

  • Multiple Series Single Limb Written Resolution means each resolution in writing (with a separate resolution in writing or multiple separate resolutions in writing distributed to the holders of each affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation, in accordance with the applicable bond documentation) which, when taken together, has been signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of the holders of at least 75 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding debt securities of all affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation (taken in aggregate). Any Multiple Series Single Limb Written Resolution may be contained in one document or several documents in substantially the same form, each signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of one or more Noteholders or one or more holders of each affected series of debt securities.

  • E-Fax means any system used to receive or transmit faxes electronically.
