Order 1000 Eligible Project definition

Order 1000 Eligible Project means an Order 1000 Proposed Project that is identified as described in section 5.1 of Appendix A as an Order 1000 Eligible Project.

  • Any request for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project submitted after the applicable foregoing deadline is not timely and is not to be considered.

  • ColumbiaGrid is to post all such requests on the Website, and distribute copies of such requests to all Order 1000 Parties and participants in the Study Team that developed the Order 1000 Eligible Project.

  • Any request for an Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project is to be submitted in writing to ColumbiaGrid.

  • All requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is not selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project are to be deemed withdrawn.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in no event is ColumbiaGrid to perform an Order 1000 Cost Allocation for any project, including any Order 1000 Eligible Project, unless and until ColumbiaGrid selects such project as an Order 1000 Project and, to the extent that an Order 1000 Cost Allocation is performed for an Order 1000 Project and the requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for such Order 1000 Project are subsequently withdrawn or are deemed withdrawn, such Order 1000 Cost Allocation are to be vacated.

  • A request for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is an ITP must include a request for Interregional Cost Allocation for such ITP in accordance with sections 7.5.1 and 8.4 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement.

  • An Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) that requests Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project in accordance with section 5.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement may withdraw its request for such Order 1000 Cost Allocation at any time (including after such Order 1000 Eligible Project has been selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project).

  • This is because the increased intentions may yield increased effort which may increase likelihood of the subject un- dertaking the behaviour [14].

  • An Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project may not be requested pursuant to section 5.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement if Order 1000 Cost Allocation has been previously requested pursuant to section 5.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement for such Order 1000 Eligible Project and such request has not been withdrawn.

  • In determining whether or not to so confirm an Order 1000 Eligible Project, the Board is to consider the factors as described in section2.3 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement, including assessment of any Order 1000 Material Adverse Impact of such proposed solution on any transmission system and the mitigation thereof.

Related to Order 1000 Eligible Project

  • Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • Maximum allowable residential density means the density allowed under the zoning ordinance and land use element of the general plan, or if a range of density is permitted, means the maximum allowable density for the specific zoning range and land use element of the general plan applicable to the project. Where the density allowed under the zoning ordinance is inconsistent with the density allowed under the land use element of the general plan, the general plan density shall prevail.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Automatic tabulating equipment means apparatus that automatically examines

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*. The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:

  • Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.
