Order Year definition

Order Year shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Order Year means from March 14, 2016 through March 13, 2017 for the first Order Year, and thereafter each following period of twelve (12)
Order Year means each twelve-month period commencing from the date of the first Order placed by SPA for the Drug Product.

  • Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.
