Order Term definition

Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
Order Term means the term of the Order as described in the Service Request.
Order Term means the then-current duration of performance identified on each Order or SOW, for which Granicus has committed to provide, and Client has committed to pay for, Granicus Products and Services.

Examples of Order Term in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Service Order Term, the Service shall continue to be provided to Subscriber on a month-to-month basis, but the rates for such Services being provided month-to-month shall revert to Carrier’s current published rates, which month-to-month rates may increase from time to time.

  • Should Subscriber terminate the Service prior to the end of the Service Order Term for any reason other than an uncured default by Carrier, Subscriber will be responsible for payment of all charges (monthly or otherwise) that would be payable for the remainder of the Service Order Term, which amount shall be paid to Carrier in one payment within ten (10) days after receipt of an invoice from Carrier.

  • Except as set forth in the Order Form, the term of a particular Order Form shall be for the Initial Terms set forth in such Order Term and shall renew for successive Renewal Term(s) as set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Subject to the applicable Order and this Agreement, ResGuard hereby grants to Customer the right to access and use the Services in accordance with the Documentation during the Order Term for Customer’s Environment.

Order Term means the term designated for an individual Order.
