Ordinary A Shares means Class A ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of €0.12 per share.
Ordinary A Shares means the ordinary A shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company;
Ordinary A Shares means the voting ordinary A shares in the capital of the Company.
