These six control measures are: Rule 4601 (Architectural Coatings); Rule 4662 (Organic Solvent Degreasing Operations); Rule 4692 (Commercial Charbroiling); Rule 4623 (Organic Liquid Storage); Rule 4411 (Well Cellars); and Rule 4663 (Organic Solvent Cleaning, Storage, and Disposal).EPA’s bump-up notice requires that the District correct these deficiencies, by adopting and implementing the rules no later than November 15, 2002.
