Association Property means that property, real and personal, which is owned or leased by, or is dedicated by a recorded plat to, the association for the use and benefit of its members.
Business organization means an individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, corporation or other legal business entity or successor thereof.
Organizational Unit means a Laboratory School or any
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

Organization means a person other than an individual.
Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.
Organizational Action means with respect to any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership or other legally authorized incorporated or unincorporated entity, any corporate, organizational or partnership action (including any required shareholder, member or partner action), or other similar official action, as applicable, taken by such entity.
Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Member organization means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that belongs to an association.
Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.
Constituent entity means:
(i) with respect to an MNE Group having a Reporting Entity resident for tax purposes in the Isle of Man, (A) any separate business unit of an MNE Group that is included in the consolidated financial statements for financial reporting purposes or would be so included if equity interests in such business unit of an MNE Group were traded on a public securities exchange, (B) any separate business unit that is excluded from the MNE Group’s consolidated financial statements solely on size or materiality grounds, and (C) any permanent establishment of any separate business unit of the MNE Group included in (A) or (B) above provided the business unit prepares a separate financial statement for such permanent establishment for financial reporting, regulatory, tax reporting, or internal management control purposes; and
(ii) with respect to an MNE Group having a Reporting Entity resident for tax purposes in the United States, any “Constituent Entity” as defined in the relevant U.S. Treasury regulations;
Financial organization means any bank, trust company, savings bank, industrial bank, land bank, safe deposit company, private banker, savings and loan association, credit union, cooperative bank, small loan company, sales finance company, investment company, or any type of insurance company.
Cooperative Property The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, including the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Coop Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.
Parent organization means the entity named in Item I. of the Policy Declarations.
Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.
Real Properties means the real property owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.
Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).
Review organization means a disability insurer regulated
Pre-Existing Intellectual Property means intellectual property developed prior to or outside the scope of this Contract, and any derivatives of that intellectual property.
Formation means a body of rock characterized by a degree of lithologic homogeneity which is prevailingly, but not necessarily, tabular and is mappable on the earth's surface or traceable in the subsurface.
