Organon Business definition

Organon Business means (i) the business of developing, commercializing, distributing and selling the Organon Products in the Territory, (ii) the manufacturing of the Organon Products and (iii) the co-manufacturing activities and all ancillary and related operations occurring at the Organon Facilities.

  • Where the timing of actual cash collections by Merck and its Affiliates from customers of the Organon Business is different from the timing of cash transfers from Merck and its Affiliates to Organon and its Affiliates under the terms of any agreement set forth on Schedule 2.13, either Party may request an earlier payment or delay of a payment due under such agreement.

Related to Organon Business

  • Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;
