Original Business Plan definition

Original Business Plan means the business plan of the Partnership for the construction, launch and operation of the first and second generations of satellite constellations (including forecasts of operating expenses, capital expenditures, revenues, cash balances (including cash balances set aside in reserve for capital expenditures) and financial structure (i.e. debt and equity capital requirements)), dated March 15, 1994, as restated to the same or a greater level of detail (with a full reconciliation, but not otherwise modified or amended) consistent with GAAP, and including a capital expenditure budget consistent therewith prepared on a cash basis.
