Original Commencement Date definition

Original Commencement Date. The applicable Commencement Date for each Facility pursuant to the Original Master Lease, as set forth on Schedule 3 attached hereto.

More Definitions of Original Commencement Date

Original Commencement Date means the first day that Licensee opened for business after the Final Completion of the Capital Improvements contemplated in the Original License Agreement (July 1, 2009).
