Original Market Value definition

Original Market Value in relation to any Mortgaged Asset means the market value (marktwaarde) given to that Mortgaged Asset by the most recent valuation addressed to the Transferor that transferred the relevant Mortgage Receivable to the CBC.
Original Market Value in relation to any Property means the market value given to that Property by the most recent valuation addressed to the Collateral Provider.
Original Market Value means, in relation to any ordinary share to be taken into account for the purposes of the limits in Rule 2.6, its Market Value as determined for the purposes of the grant of the relevant Option;

Original Market Value means an amount equal to the original purchase price or cost of the Vessel.
