Original Series B Preferred Stock definition

Original Series B Preferred Stock means the 8% Series B Convertible Exchangeable Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of PCC, with a liquidation preference of $10,000 per share.
Original Series B Preferred Stock means the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock of Citadel purchased by AMEV, AMEV International and Oppexxxxxxx xxxsuant to the Class A Note Agreement.
