Original Series F Issue Date definition

Original Series F Issue Date means the date on which the first Series F Preferred Share was issued.
Original Series F Issue Date means the date of the first sale and issuance of Series F Preferred Shares to the holders of Series F Preferred Shares.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.
