  • In the event that Participant ceases to be continuously employed by Corporation (or a Successor) prior to the Original Vesting Date in a manner other than as specified in Sections 5(a), 5(b) or 5(c) hereof, Participant will immediately and automatically forfeit all Performance Shares subject to this Award, and Participant will cease to have any rights with respect to such Performance Shares.
