Originator Collection Account definition

Originator Collection Account means any “Collection Account” and related Lockboxes (if any) set forth on Schedule 4.01(q) to the Funding Agreement, established by any Originator and maintained by such Originator at a Collection Account Bank, which account shall be subject to a Collection Account Agreement.
Originator Collection Account means each deposit account listed on Schedule II to this Agreement (as such schedule may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof).
Originator Collection Account means each deposit account, Lockbox or similar account of an Originator in which any Collections are deposited or collected.

Examples of Originator Collection Account in a sentence

  • Borrower hereby transfers to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, the exclusive ownership and control of each Lock-box and Collection Account; provided, however, that Borrower (or in the case of the Originator Collection Account, the applicable Originator) shall retain the right to direct the disposition of funds from each of the Collection Accounts until the Administrative Agent (in accordance with Section 9.2 hereof) delivers the applicable Collection Notice.

  • Borrower acknowledges and ratifies its obligations under each of the Collection Account Agreements, and agrees to perform and comply with (and in the case of an Originator Collection Account shall cause the relevant Originator to perform and comply with), in all respects, all of the covenants and other obligations and terms binding on it pursuant to each of the Collection Account Agreements.

  • At all times that any Collection Account is an Originator Collection Account, the relevant Originator shall ensure that the Originator Collection Account Condition is satisfied.


More Definitions of Originator Collection Account

Originator Collection Account means any Collection Account listed on Schedule D (as such Schedule may be supplemented by the Seller by notice to the Administrative Agent) that is legally owned by an Originator and for which the Originator Collection Account Condition is satisfied.
Originator Collection Account means any of the accounts (and any related lock-box or post office box) so specified in Schedule II maintained at a Collection Account Bank in the name of an Originator; provided, however that the Legacy Fox Account shall be deemed to be a Originator Collection Account hereunder on or before the Legacy Fox Account Termination Date.

Related to Originator Collection Account

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
