OTC Items definition

OTC Items means ECG Items for clearing generated and submitted by OTC Clear in respect of the money clearing and settlement of transactions between Members which contain instructions for the money clearing and settlement of the Hong Kong dollar portion of Hong Kong dollar and US dollar payment transactions (i.e. “OTCCHU Items”) to be settled in accordance with Part VI of Schedule III.
OTC Items means ECG Items for clearing generated and submitted by OTC Clear in respect of the money clearing and settlement of transactions between Members which contain instructions for the money clearing and settlement of the Renminbi portion of Renminbi and US dollar payment transactions (i.e. “OTCCRU Items”) to be settled in accordance with Part IV of Schedule III.
OTC Items means ECG items for clearing generated and submitted by OTC Clear in respect of the money

Examples of OTC Items in a sentence

  • OTC Clear shall exclude all OTC Items relating to the Member in default and re- submit a new clearing file to the Clearing House for clearing and settlement excluding the Member in default.

  • If the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run of OTC Items is not successfully undertaken or completed under paragraph 5, 6 or 7, the Settlement Holds will be released upon cancellation of Bulk Clearing Settlement Run of OTC Items.

  • HKICL and MA shall not be liable for, and expressly exclude any such liability for, any direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damage, loss or expense, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, which arises directly or indirectly as a consequence of the processing, clearing or settlement of (or any failure or delay to process, clear or settle), any OTC Items in accordance with these Rules.

  • Subject to (f), when a Working Day is deemed not to be a Working Day by virtue of paragraph 1.2 clearing, return and settlement of Articles (excluding OTC Items) and settlement of CCASS Optimiser Payment Instructions, SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instructions, CCASS Payment Instructions, CHATS Optimiser Payment Instructions and CCPO Instructions will be deferred to the next Working Day.

  • This Rule 7.1.6 does not apply to CCASS Participant Items, E-bill Payments, Returned Articles of E-bill Payments, SCCASS Participant Items, SCASSN Participant Items and OTC Items.
