OTC Items definition

OTC Items means ECG Items for clearing generated and submitted by OTC Clear in respect of the money clearing and settlement of transactions between Members which contain instructions for the money clearing and settlement of the Hong Kong dollar portion of Hong Kong dollar and US dollar payment transactions (i.e. “OTCCHU Items”) to be settled in accordance with Part VI of Schedule III.
OTC Items means ECG Items for clearing generated and submitted by OTC Clear in respect of the money clearing and settlement of transactions between Members which contain instructions for the money clearing and settlement of the Renminbi portion of Renminbi and US dollar payment transactions (i.e. “OTCCRU Items”) to be settled in accordance with Part IV of Schedule III.
