OTC Transactions definition

OTC Transactions means OTC transactions of whatever nature including, without limitation, OTC Bullion Transactions, OTC FX Transactions and OTC Look-alikes;
OTC Transactions means all over-the-counter Transactions, including leveraged, spot, forward, deferred and conversion Transactions and Transactions in Commodities;

  • Galaxy International Securities and/or Galaxy International Futures is acting as agent for the Client and does not guarantee the settlement of such OTC transactions (including but without limitation transactions in relation to pre-IPO Securities, which trades are done through other authorized broker).

  • In providing a liquid market and prices for OTC transactions, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that DBS Xxxxxxx (or any person authorised by DBS Xxxxxxx to accept OTC Orders) may quote OTC prices from other regulated financial institutions to Customers or act as market-makers to Customers in providing bids and offers to be traded under DBS Xxxxxxx’ market-making accounts.

  • The Customer acknowledges that all Trades are over-the-counter ("OTC") transactions conducted between the Customer and OANDA as counterparty on a principal-to- principal basis, ordinarily for a spot Value Date.
