Transactions definition

Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by the Loan Parties of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the borrowing of Loans and other credit extensions, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder.

Examples of Transactions in a sentence

  • Significant As Of Transactions causing a Loss to the Fund that are not reimbursed by RPS will be reported to the Audit Committee of the Board at least annually.

  • Have procedures in place to identify all As Of Transactions, and compute the net effect of such As Of Transactions upon the Fund on a daily, monthly and rolling 365 day basis.

Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by each Loan Party of the Loan Documents to which it is to be a party, the borrowing of Loans, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder.
