Other Actives definition

Other Actives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.113.
Other Actives means, with respect to a given Combination Product, one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients contained in such Combination Product, other than a Compound.
Other Actives has the meaning set forth in the definition ofCombination Product” in this Section 1.1.

  • For clarity, in no event shall SymBio be entitled to deduct from royalties payable to Chimerix hereunder any royalties or other amounts that may be paid or payable by SymBio to any Third Party with respect to Patent Rights or other intellectual property rights Covering any Other Active in a Product that is a fixed-dose combination of Compound and one or more Other Actives.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, with respect to any Combination Product, in the event that the license under the applicable Blocking Third Party Intellectual Property Rights or Company Controlled Third Party Intellectual Property Costs is required due to the Other Active(s), Licensee shall not be entitled to the foregoing deduction with respect to such license.

  • Other Actions means any other actions or proceedings, excluding the Proceedings, relating to Released Claims commenced by a Settlement Class Member either before or after the Effective Date.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Other Business(es means any business activity we or our Affiliates engage in, other than the licensing of the Hotel.

  • Promotions When an employee is promoted to a classification in a higher grade, he will move to the next higher rate within his new grade with a minimum increase of $15.00 per week, effective at the time of his promotion. However, this rate cannot exceed the maximum rate of the job on the wage schedule.

  • Interfering Activities means (A) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group; (B) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Businesses means, at any time, a collective reference to the businesses operated by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such time.

  • Activity means the rate of disintegration or transformation or decay of radioactive material. The units of activity are the becquerel (Bq) and the curie (Ci).

  • Objectives and Strategies means (i) with respect to any Regulated Fund other than a BDC Downstream Fund, its investment objectives and strategies, as described in its most current registration statement on Form N-2, other current filings with the Commission under the Securities Act or under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and its most current report to stockholders, and (ii) with respect to any BDC Downstream Fund, those investment objectives and strategies described in its disclosure documents (including private placement memoranda and reports to equity holders) and organizational documents (including operating agreements).

  • Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level.
