Other Benefit Obligations definition
Other Benefit Obligations means all obligations, arrangements, or customary practices, whether or not legally enforceable, to provide benefits, other than salary, as compensation for services rendered, to present or former directors, employees, or agents, other than obligations, arrangements, and practices that are Plans. Other Benefit Obligations include consulting agreements under which the compensation paid does not depend upon the amount of service rendered, sabbatical policies, severance payment policies, and fringe benefits within the meaning of IRC Section 132.
Other Benefit Obligations means all obligations, arrangements, or customary practices, whether or not legally enforceable, to provide benefits, other than salary, as compensation for services rendered, to present or former directors, employees, or agents, other than obligations, arrangements, and practices that are Plans. Examples of Other Benefit Obligations in a sentence
All contributions and payments made or accrued with respect to all Company Plans and Other Benefit Obligations are deductible under Code Sections 162 or 404.
No event has occurred or circumstance exists that may result in (i) a material increase in premium costs of Company Plans and Other Benefit Obligations that are insured or (ii) a material increase in benefit costs of Company Plans and Other Benefit Obligations that are self-insured.
The Acquired Companies have made appropriate entries in their financial records and statements for all obligations and liabilities under the Company Plans and Other Benefit Obligations that have accrued but are not due.
