Stock Compensation Plans definition

Stock Compensation Plans means compensation plans in connection with which the Issuer and its Subsidiaries make payments to Parent and its Affiliates in consideration for securities of Parent issued to employees of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
Stock Compensation Plans means compensation plans in connection with which the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries make payments to LIC and its Affiliates in consideration for securities of LIC issued to employees of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries.
