OTHER FACILITY LEASES means collectively, the Other RockGen Facility Leases, the Broad River Facility Leases and the South Point Facility Leases.
OTHER FACILITY LEASES means each of the facility leases executed and delivered pursuant to the Other Participation Agreements.

OTHER FACILITY LEASES means the “Facility Lease” as defined in Appendix A to each or any of, as the context shall require, the Other Participation Agreements.
OTHER FACILITY LEASES means the other Facility Lease Agreements, dated as of December 7, 2001, by and between Xxxxx City and the Other Owner Lessors relating to the Other Xxxxx City Lease Transactions, pursuant to which Xxxxx City will lease the Other Undivided Interests from the Other Owner Lessors.
OTHER FACILITY LEASES shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(2).
OTHER FACILITY LEASES means the other Facility Lease Agreements, dated as of December 19, 2000, by and between SEMA and the Other Owner Lessors relating to the Other Morgantown Lease Transactions, pursuant to which SEMA will lease the Other Undivided Interests from the Other Owner Lessors.
OTHER FACILITY LEASES and all references to the “Other Facility Leases” in each and all of the Operative Documents will be deemed to mean only the Other Broad River Facility Leases and the South Point Facility Leases.
OTHER FACILITY LEASES means the other Facility Lease Agreements, each dated as of December 15, 1999, by and between Xxxxxxx Holdings and the Other Owner Lessors relating to the Other Xxxxxxx Lease Transactions, pursuant to which Xxxxxxx Holdings will lease the Other Undivided Interests from the Other Owner Lessors.
