Other Facility Services definition

Other Facility Services means those services and items provided by Facility to a Residential Hospice Patient that are not related to the treatment of a Residential Hospice Patient's terminal illness and related conditions, but that are specified in the Facility Plan of Care.
Other Facility Services means all items and services provided by Facility which are not related to treatment of a Hospice Patient's terminal illness and related conditions but specified in the Plan of Care.

Examples of Other Facility Services in a sentence

  • Facility shall bill Hospice Patients or the third party payor, if applicable, for (i) Other Facility Services; (ii) Uncovered Items and Services; and (iii) care provided by Facility upon the request of a Hospice Patient which is not reasonable or necessary for palliation or management of the terminal illness and not rendered in accordance with the applicable Plan of Care.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
