Customer Facility definition

Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV.

  • Upon the completion of the construction and installation, but prior to energization, of any Interconnection Facilities constructed by the Interconnection Customer and related portions of the Customer Facility, the Interconnection Customer shall have the same inspected and/or tested by an authorized electric inspection agency or qualified third party reasonably acceptable to the Interconnected Transmission Owner to assess whether the facilities substantially comply with Applicable Standards.

  • The Customer Facility shall be designed to remain in service (not trip) for frequencies and times as specified in Attachment 2 of NERC Reliability Standard PRC-024-1, and successor Reliability Standards, for both high and low frequency condition, irrespective of generator size, subject to the permissive trip exceptions established in PRC-024-1 (and successor Reliability Standards).

  • Stage One energization shall consist of energization of the Customer Interconnection Facilities and of the Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities and will occur prior to initial energization of the Customer Facility.

  • Each Construction Party shall notify each other Construction Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Customer Facility or the Interconnection Facilities, any of which may reasonably be expected to affect another Construction Party.

  • All Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities necessary for the interconnection of the Customer Facility shall be designed, procured, installed and constructed in accordance with this Appendix 2, Applicable Standards, Applicable Laws and Regulations, Good Utility Practice, the Facilities Study and the Scope of Work under the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement(s).


More Definitions of Customer Facility

Customer Facility means any physical office, workspace, data center or other location used by or under the control of Customer.
Customer Facility means each MTSO, Cell Site, or other location within a Licensed Market at which any Component of a System is installed or to be installed under this Agreement.
