Other Generators definition

Other Generators means all of the other Generators that have a REP Round 1 Contract, a "renewable electricity support agreement" (as such term is defined in the Act) or any other REP contracts with the AESO which are similar in nature to this Agreement;
Other Generators means Mirant Chalk Point, LLC, Mirant Mid-Atlantic, LLC and Mirant Peaker, LLC, so long as each such company is an Affiliate of Project Company.
Other Generators means Mirant Mid-Atlantic, Mirant Peaker, LLC and Mirant Potomac River, LLC, so long as each such company is an Affiliate of Project Company.
