Other higher education expenses means room and board and books, supplies, equipment, and nontuition-related fees associated with the cost of attendance of a beneficiary at an institution of higher education, but only to the extent that such expenses meet the definition of "qualified higher education expenses" under section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code. "Other higher education expenses" does not include tuition as defined in division (H) of this section.
