Other Houses definition

Other Houses means XXX and all Subsidiaries of the Company that shall be designated by the Company as a house (but excluding LB, LFNY and LFP).
Other Houses means any existing Lazard houses other than LB, LFNY and LFP and any Lazard houses created after the date hereof.
