Other Liable Party definition

Other Liable Party means any Person, other than Debtor, who may now or may at any time hereafter be primarily or secondarily liable for any of the Secured Obligations or who may now or may at any time hereafter have granted to Secured Party a Lien upon any property as security for the Secured Obligations.
Other Liable Party means any Person, other than Pledgor, but including the Borrowers and other Subsidiaries, who may now or may at any time hereafter be primarily or secondarily liable for any of the Obligations or who may now or may at any time hereafter have granted to Pledgee or Lenders a Lien upon any property as security for the Obligations.

More Definitions of Other Liable Party
