Liable Party definition

Liable Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(b).

• Neither this Agreement nor the exercise by Secured Party or the failure of Secured Party to exercise any right, power or remedy conferred herein or by law shall be construed as relieving any Other Liable Party from liability on the Secured Obligations or any deficiency thereon.

More Definitions of Liable Party

Liable Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

Liable Party shall include both the original Liable Party and any subsequent or substituted Liable Party.
