Other Mortgage Documents means mortgages secured by a junior lien on one-to-four unit single family dwellings or by a first lien on property improved by one or more multifamily or commercial buildings and all mortgage notes evidencing fully disbursed loans secured by such mortgages and any endorsements or assignments thereof to the Member.

More Definitions of Other Mortgage Documents

Other Mortgage Documents means mortgages secured by an interest in real property other than a first lien on one to four unit dwellings and all mortgage notes secured by such mortgage and any endorsements or assignments thereof to Trust.

Other Mortgage Documents means the Mortgage Loan documents (other than the Principle Mortgage Documents) including but not limited to those documents listed in SECTION 3.2 (other than the Principle Mortgage Documents).

Other Mortgage Documents. The documents or instruments related to each Mortgage Loan contained in the Mortgage Files to be held and maintained by the Servicer, on behalf of the Trustee, as described in Section 2.01(a)(2).
