Other Pari Passu Claims definition

Other Pari Passu Claims means claims of creditors of Intesa Sanpaolo which are subordinated so as to rank pari passu with the claims of the holders of the Intesa Sanpaolo Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes and the holders of the related Coupons and the Trustee in respect of the Intesa Sanpaolo Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes and of the related Coupons; and
Other Pari Passu Claims means, in relation to an issue of Undated Subordinated Notes, claims of creditors of the Issuer that are subordinated so as to rank pari passu with the claims of the Noteholders and the Couponholders.
Other Pari Passu Claims means claims of creditors of Intesa Sanpaolo, which are subordinated so as to rank pari passu with the claims of the holders of the IBI Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes and the Sanpaolo IMI Bank Ireland Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes and the holders of the related Coupons and the Trustee in respect of the Subordinated Guarantee of the IBI Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes and the Sanpaolo IMI Bank Ireland Upper Tier II Subordinated Notes.
